This Ice Cream Cake is made with six different preparations of strawberry! We baked a strawberry cake mixed with chopped dried strawberries which we layer on Strawberry Ice Cream & Strawberry Sorbet, and finally we top it all off with strawberry compote and a crumble made from freeze-dried strawberries. A strawberry celebration coming together with fruit, cake and Ice Cream!
