Layers of Jackfruit, Ube and kutsinta Ice Cream on a latik cookie crust and topped with coconut cream leche flan. We use real halaya and jackfruit in the Ice Creams layers, and mix in blended malagkit rice and pandan into the kutsinta Ice Cream layer. The Leche Flan on top is made with coconut cream instead of condensed milk for a lighter, coconut-infused richness and there is crunchy latik (coconut caramel) mixed in the cookie base. This torte is a celebration of Filipino Flavors!
