Our most popular and original Kakanin Ice Cream is now an Ice Cream Cake! The layers are as follows: (bottom to top)
1) Kutsinta Cake – made with rice flour and flavored with Pandan, topped with grated niyog
2) Gata Kakanin Ice Cream – made with coconut cream and blended malagkit rice
3) Langka Cake – made with rice flour & fresh jackfruit, topped with candied jackfruit
4) Ube Kakanin Ice Cream – made with ube halaya and blended malagkit rice
5) Crunchy Latik (caramelized coconut curds) and toasted grated niyog (mature coconut) topping
The cakes are made with rice flour and the Ice Creams have malagkit rice blended in the base. A true KAKANIN dessert! Available for a limited time.
