Chocolate Chunk Brown Butter Cookies filled with Fior Di Latte (Flower of Milk) Ice Cream

We wanted to go back to the basics yet at the same time push out even further. We went back to our original chocolate chip cookie recipe and made it with brown butter, which gives it this toasted, nutty flavor. We paired it with our version of Fior Di Latte (aka Flower of Milk), a traditional Gelato flavor which has no other flavoring other than the milk it was made with. Combining both into one Chilly Burger makes for a familiar yet all-new taste combination.
