WHO WE ARE
Sebastian’s Ice Cream is the first Artisanal Ice Cream brand in the Philippines. Established in 2005, It was the first brand to offer small-batch super premium Ice Cream and affordable prices. Along with a new standard of quality, our brand became known for introducing Ice Cream flavors like Cookie Dough and Butter Pecan that at the time were unfamiliar to Filipino Audiences except through books and online food articles. We soon distinguished ourselves by creating our own original and innovative flavors like “Once In A Blue Moon” Blue Cheese Ice Cream, Green Mango Sorbet with Bagoong, and frozen novelties novelties like the “Chilly Burger” Ice Cream Sandwiches and “Dive Bar” Ice Cream bars. Some of our original flavors like Mango Sansrival and Sapin-Sapin have even gone on to be adapted and reinterpreted for mass production by Selecta Ice Cream. The brand has been featured in various media, appearing in Yummy Magazine, ANC Shoptalk, Passport Magazine, GMA Ang Pinaka, Saksi, Umagang Kay Ganda, Korina Sanchez, Kapuso with Jessica Soho, Kris TV, Food and Beverage Magazine, and F&B World. We currently have 2 branches located in Regis Center Katipunan and Ayala Malls Vertis North in Quezon City. Current partner suppliers include The Market Deli in Salcedo Village Makati, Madeca Fil_mex Fusion in Podium Mall, Kai Contemporary Japanese Cuisine in Greenbelt and Manila House private dining club in BGC.
